We carefully source our fresh ingredients from known local producers, after visiting their farms and dairies to see the provenance of their provisions ourselves.


All of our dishes are original recipes, home-made by us to your exact requirements. Whether you want haute cuisine, traditional Yorkshire, or specialist menus such as vegan or vegetarian, we’ll delight you with our creative menus and delicious meals.


Not surprisingly, Caroline’s skills are in high demand and she loves taking time out for cookery demonstrations and to teach youngsters how to prepare delicious meals from the freshest ingredients.
