Croft Kitchen's principal, Caroline Houston, has enjoyed sharing her catering experience and skills for many years through courses and demonstrations.

Themed day courses cover topics like making perfect soufles, baking breads and pastries, Aga cooking, and preparing the perfect dinner table.

Alternatively why not invite Caroline to cook up your own course for your private group of friends - whether it's a day spent cooking with chocolate, or a weekend or gourmet seafood dishes?

We can even offer you luxurious overnight accommodation in the Croft Lodge holiday apartment during your courses, or help you with arrangements at nearby hotels.
