-Chicken marinated in lemon, olive oil, garlic and herbs and fried.
-Griddled aubergines with feta, mint and chilli v
-Shitake mushroom and thyme tart v
-Hot local sausages roasted with a honey and mustard grain
-Crab cakes with lemon and tarragon creme fraiche

-Vanilla shortbread with strawberries and cream

-Bruchetta with peppered beef, horseradish and watercress
-Spinich scones with Yorkshire blue and spiced pears v
-Tuna with spicy avacado salsa in a tortilla wrap
-Halloumi, courgette and cherry tomato bruchetta with salsa verde v
-Spiced chicken wings with coriander and coconut dressing

Prices are per person, based on a minimum order of 50 guests and include preparation and delivery of buffet, napkins and plates, collection and washing up.
